Eddie was a nice guy! I worked for several years with his wife, Debbie, and got to know his son through school. You could tell by comments and visitation that he still was well thought of and a dad that will be missed. Condolences to his family.
I had several classes with Eddie and found him to be friendly and a likeable person. He was on the quite side and did not seek attention or the spot light. I remember he combed his hair toward his forehead which was the style in the 60's. Through the years, I'm sure I passed him many times in the halls and up and down the three flights of stairs in the school building. Just as we all passed each other in the halls and stairs so our life's path also crossed at this time. Perserving those memories of class mates and of times gone by makes life all the more precious. Bob Hope used to sing a song, "Thanks for the Memories", for when we have passed on those memories of days gone by are forever preserved by those who are left behind.
