Dan loved his family and being outside. He was a skilled carpenter, carried on family tradition of residential and commercial building as a licensed general contractor. Dan loved to go to the farm to plow, plant or just be in the country. He loved animals, esp. horses and his pony, Sandy. and his black lab, Luke, which is still a work in progress! Dan was such a strong willed person. He overcame numerous medical obstacles and way too many to mention bad days of feeling bad but he kept going. He loved his family, esp. his grandchildren and they adored him. They gave him inspiration and courage on a daily basis to keep going. All who knew Dan will miss him but he left us with such special memories.
